Andy Jochems has nearly 15 years of combined experience in field geology and source water protection. He is passionate about using a scientific and equitable approach to address issues of water scarcity and quality.
Andy's professional and research interests include geologic mapping, arid-land geomorphology, environmental geology and contaminants of emerging concern, and basin-fill stratigraphy of the Rio Grande rift. He holds an M.S. in geology from Utah State University and a B.S. in environmental science from the University of New Mexico.
